CLASSES
A-Up to and including 5’1”
B-Over 5’1” and up to and including 5’2-1/2”
C-Over 5’2-1/2 and up to and including 5’4”
D-Over 5’4” and up to and including 5’5-1/2”
This category looks for an imbalance in symmetry between the upper and lower body. Wellness competitors are required to showcase more muscularity in the lower half of the body in their hips, glutes, hamstrings & quads. Upper body should be slightly smaller but more developed than bikini.

B- over 5'1 & up to including 5'2
C- over 5'2 & up to including 5'3
D- over 5'3 & up to 5'4
Bikini
A foundation of muscle which gives shape to the
female body
Full round glutes with a slight separation between the hamstring and glute area
Small amount of roundness in the delts
Conditioned Core, not as hard as figure or women's body building.

TRANSFORMATION 14 week challenge
Transformation division will showcase athletes who have made a physical transformation resulting in fat loss and/or muscle gain. It will be a two part process of – before and after photos with stage comparison.
Athletes will take “before” photos at the start of the transformation challenge and submit photos during the registration window .These photos must include a newspaper with a readable headline and date which validates the date of the photo taken.
attire- Gym shorts hugging thigh- no shorter than 3 inch in seem no longer than 5 inch in seem and sports bra with athletic shoe
POSING :
FRONT POSE-
Face front, standing upright, legs should be shoulder width apart and slightly flexed. Head looking forward, one arm is at your side, one hand (fist) on hip. Both arms should be slightly relaxed yet flexed.
BACK POSE.
Face rear of stage, body is still in upright position, legs remaining shoulder width apart, head looking forward, both arms (fist) are now resting on hips, and back is firm/ slightly flexed.
Each competitor will follow the Box Walk. Competitors will walk on stage and do the 2 mandatory poses.
JUDGING:
Judging will be based on Athletes before and after photos, comparisons, and presentation of posing.
TRANSFORMATION:
how much visible weight loss was achieved compared to starting point. Including, how much muscle was gained /developed as well.
SYMMETRY:
How balanced the transformation is from upper /lower front /back is.
MUSCULARITY:
Judges WILL BE looking for muscular development, not just weight loss.
